Happy New Year! For Christmas, Ben’s mom gave Emma a set of cooking tools just the right size for little kids. Emma has become my little sous chef ever since. As soon as I say I’m about to make dinner, she runs upstairs to get her apron. She’s helped me with everything from making corn bread to sauces, and is really enjoying herself doing it. I managed to get pictures of our first project: making pancakes.
